Antwerp Jewellery Week will take place in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium, specifically in the Historical Center, Eilandje, Zuid, and Nieuw Zuid. The event aims to promote artisanal and artistic jewellery, highlighting craftsmanship, creativity, and design. This year, Antwerp Jewellery Week will be held from October 8th to 12th, 2025.

How to Apply

Evaluation: After receiving your inquiry, we will assess your participation to ensure alignment with the vision and goals of Antwerp Jewellery Week.

Approval & Entry Fee: If accepted, you will receive the necessary documents as Terms and Conditions and subscription form. An entry fee applies depending on your status (Academy/School, student or jeweller). The application deadline is April 6th, 2025.

Location & Responsibilities:
- The entry fee must be paid before proceeding further.
- Antwerp Jewellery Week serves as a facilitator and will assist you in finding a suitable location in Antwerp. You may be offered an individual or shared exhibition space.
- Participants are responsible for covering all location-related costs (with exception of shared location, with special fees).
- Each jeweller is fully responsible for their jewellery and art pieces. Antwerp Jewellery Week cannot be held liable for theft, loss, or damage before, during, or after the event.
